Great Turnout for Our Educational Event & Upcoming Events Information

Last Friday, London Bridge Orthopaedics held an educational event about the latest developments in the field of orthopaedics.

Friday’s event focused on the latest breakthroughs on shoulder impingement and other sports injuries. The event was presented by Mr Adel Tavkkolizadeh, our consultant upper limb surgeon, and Mr Martin Klinke – our consultant foot and ankle surgeon.

The event was attended by many of London’s best and brightest GPs and physiotherapists, both NHS and private clinicians, at Beckenham Beacon Hospital. Many of the attendees were impressed by the level of quality and the services available at London Bridge Orthopaedics.

At the end of the event, all the attendees received a certificate of attendance which goes towards their end of year revalidation portfolio.

We have many more events and masterclasses planned. The next events are:

  • 8th November – Hand and wrist injuries with Mr Sam Gidwani and knee surgery with Mr Venu Kavatharpu at Crown Medical Practice in Bromley (3 Mackintosh Street Bromley BR2 9GT)
  • 2nd December – A masterclass involving specialists from the whole London Bridge Orthopaedics team presenting on all aspects of orthopaedics at Canary Wharf.

More events are planned for early 2018.

All our events are free and open to all GMC registered GPs in both the NHS and the private sector, as are physiotherapists and other clinicians involved in the field of orthopaedics.

Contact us now to know more details about our upcoming events and to register.
